Pro-Rata Refund Policy

Our pro-rata refund policy lasts for 30 days from the class start date, allowing for refunds based on the unused portion of your course. This ensures fair compensation for both parties.

Flexible Options

We offer multiple options to accommodate your needs:

Pause your classes: Temporarily suspend your enrollment

Transfer your classes: Move to a different schedule or course

Class Transfer Policy

Choose a substitute participant to use your left-over credit in Twenty Academy. The transfer requires a minimum of 1 month package commitment to ensure continuity of learning experience.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
